What the app keeps
FoQus does not send your sessions, check-in answers or reflections to SustematiQ or anyone else.

Optional questions
The check-in uses broad choices, such as an age range, and never asks for your name or contact details. Reflections are optional too. Please do not put personal information in a note.
Sounds and reminders
Sounds are generated in your browser and FoQus never uses your microphone. A reminder is a calendar file created on your device; it is not sent to a calendar service.

This website
No analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. Sound previews are short recordings that load only when you press play.
Requesting access
Access requests are handled on sustematiq.com with your SustematiQ account. You give explicit consent when you send a request, and a person reviews it.
Using FoQus safely
FoQus is for recreational relaxation and focus support only. It is not a medical device, therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
- Breathing guides are optional visual cues. Breathe at your own pace and stop at any time.
- If you feel dizzy or unwell, return to normal breathing.
- If you are pregnant or have a heart, lung or seizure condition, check with a clinician before following a breathing guide.
- Stop using FoQus if anything feels uncomfortable or distressing.
