What is FoQus?
A short, guided pause for the gap between tasks. Soft lights drift towards a breathing circle; you can guide them, follow a breathing guide, listen to a background sound, or simply watch for one, three or five minutes.

Is FoQus a therapy or medical app?
No. FoQus is for recreational relaxation and focus support. It is not a medical device, therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. Its lights, circle and summaries are not health measurements.
Does it cost anything?
There is no charge for the closed alpha.
Which languages does FoQus support?
The app and this website are available in English and Polish. Switch language with the button in the header of the app or this website.
Using FoQus
What do I need?
A recent web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install. What you need
Do I have to follow the breathing guide?
No. Natural keeps the circle still so you can breathe your own way. Breathe at your own pace and stop at any time. If you feel dizzy or unwell, return to normal breathing.
What happens if I stop early?
Press Exit at any time. You see a short summary of how long you stayed, with the same options as a finished pause. Ending early is fine.
Can I turn the sound and statements off?
Yes. Choose Silent for background sound, switch off interaction sounds, and turn off gentle statements in setup.
Does FoQus work on a phone?
Yes. The session adapts to smaller screens, and you can guide lights with your finger.
Privacy and data
What does FoQus store?
As a guest, nothing is kept after you close the page. A local profile keeps your choices, minutes, history and reflections in this browser only. Privacy and safety
Does the check-in ask for personal details?
No. It offers broad choices, such as an age range, and never asks for your name or contact details. Every question can be skipped.
Does this website use cookies or analytics?
No. This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies.

What does closed alpha mean?
FoQus is early. A limited number of people are using it while the team learns and improves it, so places are limited and some things may change.
How do I request access?
Sign in with a SustematiQ account on the FoQus access page and send a request. A person reviews every request. Get started
